Sharif El-Badawi

Sharif El-Badawi is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Dubai Future District Fund. Prior to this role, Sharif held positions such as Managing Partner at 500 Startups and Investment Committee Member at Plus Venture Capital. Sharif has a background in venture capital, startups, and media, and has a BS in Neuroscience and Philosophy from UCLA and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from UC Irvine. Throughout their career, Sharif has been involved in various advisory roles and has a strong track record of investing in and supporting tech startups in the MENA region and beyond.
