Turab Haider Malik has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Turab Haider is currently working as the VP - Head of Customer Life Cycle Management - Home Finance at Dubai Islamic Bank since December 2023. Prior to this, they served as the AVP - Head of Customer Life Cycle Management - Home Finance at the same bank from May 2021 to December 2023.

Before joining Dubai Islamic Bank, Turab worked at Mashreq Bank for a significant period. Their roles at Mashreq Bank included AVP, Product Manager - Home loans & Ijarah Home finance from September 2015 to April 2021. Turab Haider also served as the AVP- Policy Manager Home finance (Conventional & Islamic) from January 2014 to August 2015, where they achieved milestones such as realigning self-employed underwriting criteria and leading projects on title perfection for legacy portfolios.

Turab Haider Malik began their career at Mashreq Bank as a Team Leader-Mortgage Remidial & Collection Unit from May 2012 to December 2013. In this role, they were responsible for offering remedial solutions to mortgage customers and managing the foreclosure portfolio of the bank. Turab Haider also worked as a Team Leader-Credit OPS from August 2004 to April 2012, where they supervised the end-to-end process of home loans, auto loans, personal loans, and credit cards in Retail Credit Admin. Additionally, they were involved in capacity planning, coordination with business and sales teams, and data management.

Overall, Turab has demonstrated expertise in customer life cycle management, product management, policy development, remedial solutions, and credit operations in the banking sector.

Turab Haider Malik has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Hult International Business School, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Turab Haider also holds a Certified Islamic Finance Executive (CIFE) certification in Islamic Studies from Ethica Institute of Islamic Finance, which they completed in 2013. In addition, they have a Master of Computer Sciences degree in Computer Science from Arid Agriculture University, which they attained from 2001 to 2003.
