Linda Devlin is the Head of Creative Engagement at Dublin City Council Culture. Linda has over ten years experience working in the cultural sector in Ireland. Linda has worked as a freelance cultural producer, a venue manager, and a production admin/communications. In their current role, they are responsible for the development and implementation of the council's arts strategy, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the council's arts department.
Linda Devlin's educational career began with a BA in Business and Entrepreneurship from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology. Linda followed this with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Cultural Event Management from the same school. Linda then went on to earn a Higher National Diploma in Music Management from Ballyfermot College of Further Education. Linda also holds a Diploma in Communications & Media Production from Colaiste Dhulaigh. In addition, they have a certification in Community Arts for Community Development from NUI Maynooth / HETAC.
They are on a team with Emma Dwan O'Reilly - Head of Operations, Gemma Sexton - Head of Visitor Experience, and Tracy Geraghty - Head of Project Development. Their manager is Iseult Byrne, CEO.
