Karen Schmidt

Karen Schmidt, SHRM-CP, has over 18 years of experience in the field of human resources. Karen is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at Dubow since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Electrolux for almost 10 years as a Human Resource Generalist from October 2010 to January 2020. Karen also served as the General Manager at Foussard Hospitality Inc. from October 2002 to March 2009.

Karen Schmidt, SHRM-CP attended Rasmussen University but did not complete a degree. Karen obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in April 2019.
