Kelly Eisenhard, MBCE

Kelly Eisenhard is an experienced HR and Compliance professional who has worked with various organizations since 2005. Their most recent role is as the Director of Human Resources and Compliance at EXPANSIA, where they started working in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Workplace Relations and Compliance Specialist at CACI International Inc from February 2014 to August 2022. Kelly has also held leadership positions in HR and Compliance at other organizations such as MEGAS LLC, Meridian Healthcare Group, and Kforce. Kelly has also founded and been the President of Ovarian Cancer Alliance of North Florida to support cancer patients. Their areas of expertise include designing and implementing HR policies, compliance, employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compensation, affirmative action, organizational development, and training.

Kelly Eisenhard, MBCE has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Keiser College. Kelly then pursued a Master of Science in Business Compliance and Ethics from New England College of Business and Finance between 2012 and 2014. Their field of study in both degrees was focused on areas relevant to business and corporate compliance.
