Hathal al-Shnyin (Otto)

Hathal (Otto) Al-Shnyin has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Hathal (Otto) started their career in 2005 at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, where they served as a Commercial Account Manager. In this role, Hathal was responsible for daily financial analysis, evaluating market and industry risks, and underwriting credit applications. Hathal (Otto) stayed with the bank until April 2013.

Afterward, Hathal joined TD as a Small Business Banking - Underwriter. During their tenure at TD, they underwrote various credit facilities for small businesses, personal loans, and real estate lending requests. Hathal (Otto) received recognition for their productivity, accuracy, teamwork, and positive attitude. Hathal worked at TD until December 2014.

In 2015, Hathal joined DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. Hathal (Otto) started as a Residential Mortgage Underwriter and worked in that role until August 2017. Hathal (Otto) then became a Senior Risk Analyst until November 2018, followed by a promotion to Manager, Retail Credit Risk until July 2021. Hathal then served as Sr. Manager, Retail Credit Risk until June 2023 when they were appointed as the Director of Portfolio Risk Management.

Hathal (Otto) Al-Shnyin attended Abu-Dhabi International School from an unspecified time until 1998, where they received their High School Diploma.
