Pierre-Joseph Miguet

Pierre-Joseph MIGUET is an experienced executive in customer service management and business development, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service Management at Duck Creek Technologies since August 2022. Prior to this role, Pierre-Joseph was a Global Account Manager at Prima Solutions, the first French AssurTech, from September 2018 to July 2022. Pierre-Joseph has extensive experience in management, having held the position of Subsidiary Director and Country Manager at INDRA France from October 2006 to June 2017, overseeing strategic direction and operations of the French subsidiary. Additional experience includes serving as an Independent Consultant with PJM Representative, managing a specialized agency for Adecco Group, and directing a business unit in North Vietnam for Franco-Pacific Vietnam. Pierre-Joseph holds degrees in international commerce and marketing from ESARC and The American Business School of Paris.
