Nada Aldahleh

Nada Aldahleh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nada started their career as a Semiconductor Test Engineer at Gennum Corporation, where they developed semiconductor tests for wafer and package production. Nada then transitioned to the role of Software Engineer at Longview Solutions, where they introduced agile methodologies, led projects as a scrum master, and resolved ongoing issues and defects.

Nada's entrepreneurial spirit led their to co-found Sandglaz, a startup focused on agile project management. As the CEO, they refined the product and collaborated with investors and TechStars to drive its success.

Nada later joined GitHub, where they held several leadership positions. Nada served as a Senior Manager, overseeing the "Me" team that connected individual developers with relevant entities in the GitHub entity space. Nada then became the Director of Engineering for Productivity, leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. Subsequently, Nada took on roles as the Director of Engineering for Security & Compliance Products, Code Intelligence, Platform Interfaces, and Billing. In these roles, they led engineering teams, set strategic direction, mentored colleagues, and worked collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure priorities aligned with business goals.

Most recently, Nada joined DuckDuckGo as the Director of Engineering.

Nada Aldahleh completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computers from McGill University between the years 2000 and 2005. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications related to Decentralized Finance (DeFi) from Coursera. These certifications include "Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Deep Dive," "Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Opportunities and Risks," "Decentralized Finance (DeFi): The Future of Finance Specialization," "Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Infrastructure," and "Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Primitives."
