Billy Gascoigne has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Billy has been working at Ducks Unlimited since 2014, where they currently hold the position of Director of Agriculture & Strategic Partnerships. In this role, they are responsible for advancing emerging ecosystem market opportunities, engaging with partners across public and private sectors, and promoting sustainability in agriculture. Prior to this, Billy worked as a Resource Economist and Conservation Project Manager at Ducks Unlimited.
Before joining Ducks Unlimited, Billy served as the Principal Owner of W. Royal Land & Cattle Co. LLC from 2015 to 2019. Billy also worked as an Agricultural and Resource Economist at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) and as a Research Assistant at both the USGS and Colorado State University. Additionally, Billy has experience as a Fly Fishing Guide at 4UR Ranch and as a Ranch Hand at Baldwin Farms and Livestock.
Billy Gascoigne completed their education in a chronological order. Billy attended University School from 1997 to 2002, where they pursued General Studies. Following this, they enrolled in Union College from 2002 to 2006 and obtained a BA in Economics. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they attended Colorado State University to pursue a Masters of Science in Agricultural and Resource Economics.
