Jim Jandrew

Jim Jandrew has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jim currently holds the position of Sr Product Manager - Integrations at Duetto since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Walt Disney World for over 20 years, where they held various roles including Service Owner/Sr. Service Delivery Management Specialist, Sr. Information Technology Analyst, Sr. Programmer Analyst, and Sr. Technical Writer. Jim also served as the Chairman of the Board and Board Member at OpenTravel Alliance from 2015 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at Convergys - Development Solutions as a Sr. Technical Writer and at Motorola Inc. as a Technical Writer. Prior to joining the private sector, Jim Jandrew served in the United States Air Force as a Sergeant from 1987 to 1997.

Jim Jandrew attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center from 1987 to 1988, where they pursued Russian Studies with a focus on the Russian Language. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the CAPM certification from Simplilearn in March 2016. Jim also received the ITIL V3 Foundations certification from CSME, Inc, although the exact month and year of obtaining this certification are not known.
