Natalie Bappe has held various roles in multiple companies throughout their work experience. Natalie started their career as an Administrative Assistant at The R & D Agency, Inc. in 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at State Farm Insurance as an Insurance Account Representative, where they helped clients find suitable insurance products and assisted with financial needs.
In 2012, they joined Digital River, initially working as a Sales Operations Analyst, where they focused on driving deals and managing multi-million dollar transactions. Natalie also supported commission plan design and administration and provided reporting and analytics for the sales and marketing teams. Natalie later became an Account Manager, responsible for managing customer accounts.
From 2015 to 2016, Natalie worked at Oracle as an HCM Application Sales Representative. In this role, they collaborated with companies to offer technology solutions that aligned with their business goals and human capital strategies.
In 2016, Natalie joined Stratasys as a Service Sales Representative, Strategic Accounts, where they were responsible for retaining and growing service contract revenue. Natalie worked closely with customers and partners to ensure compliance with business practices and processes.
At Stratasys, Natalie held additional roles, including Client Engagement Manager and Customer Advocacy Manager, before joining Duetto in 2018. At Duetto, they started as the Director of Revenue Operations, supporting customer-facing teams in achieving scalable and predictable growth. Natalie currently serves as the Vice President of Global Commercial Operations at Duetto.
Throughout their career, Natalie has displayed a strong focus on customer satisfaction, sales operations, and business strategy implementation.
Natalie Bappe holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing and Management from DePaul University. In November 2019, they also obtained a certification as a Command of the Message Certified Facilitator from Force Management.
