Cezar Rachieru

Cezar Rachieru has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. Cezar began their career in 2012 as the COO and CTO of CMR Trans Co, a startup company focused on implementing next-gen in-motion inventory tracking. In 2016, they became the Director of Operations at Latin Specialties LLC, where they directed operations with 200 employees and a $20M budget. In 2020, they began working as a Strategic Operations Consultant at Sony, leading a newly created team focused on growing an emerging E-Commerce division. Also in 2020, they began working as a Business Operations Consultant at FINX Consulting Services, offering custom Scaling Strategies to secure Customer Growth. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Vice President of Strategy Operations at Duffl, a Y Combinator Company that delivers groceries to college students in 10 minutes.

Cezar Rachieru holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Houston-Downtown and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Illinois Chicago. Cezar has also obtained certifications for HACCP Food Safety Training from HACCP International in June 2018, Primus GFS from PrimusGFS in January 2018, Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 from LINKFRESH Software Limited in 2017, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Windows Server 2008 (MCSE) from Planar School of Technology in 2010, and APICS Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) from APICS.
