Matthew A. Cacho

Matthew A. Cacho has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. In 2017, they worked as an Instructor and Technical Coordinator for iD Tech Camps. In 2018, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer for Dalet Digital Media Systems. In 2020, they worked as a Media Technician for KABC-TV. In 2021, they worked as a Full Stack Lead for Lucky Parking and a Full Stack Developer, Back End / DevOps, and Front End Developer for HackForLA Website. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer for Duffl. During their roles at HackForLA Website, they were responsible for full-stack architecture, issue prioritization, team guidance & decision-making, quality assessment, agenda creation, mentorship, and onboarding. Matthew A. also facilitated and led weekly team meetings and office hours to mentor and assist developers. Matthew A. worked with an interdisciplinary team to create and prioritize issues, recruited and onboarded new tech leaders, created a preview of embed functionality, modified a specific key/value pair across a markdown file collection, created a framework for UI/UX, and reviewed pull requests.
