Karen Komar

Karen Komar, currently working as an Assistant Controller at The Duha Group since September 1998, oversees an accounting staff of 8 and provides sales reports for internal and external customers. Prior to this, Karen worked at IGA Main Street from April 1992 to September 1998 in various roles including Cashier, Customer Service, and Office tasks. Karen holds a BA in Cultural Anthropology and Criminology from The University of Winnipeg, and is a Certified General Accountant of Manitoba since 2009.
