Rusty Kucher

Rusty Kucher, P.E. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rusty is currently the Senior Vice President at Dukane Precast Inc, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked at Brunswick Corporation from 2017 to 2023, where they held multiple roles including Category Director - Pontoons, Director of Marketing and Pontoon Portfolio - Fort Wayne Operations, and Manager of Strategy and Business Development. Before joining Brunswick Corporation, Rusty worked at Amec Foster Wheeler as an Account Manager, Project Manager, and Structural Engineer from 2014 to 2017. Rusty has also served as a Structural Associate 3 at Sargent & Lundy from 2010 to 2014 and as an Engineering & Research Intern at the American Institute of Steel Construction from 2009 to 2010.

Rusty Kucher, P.E., holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which was obtained between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Professional Structural Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2010. Rusty also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, both obtained from the Illinois Institute of Technology between 2006 and 2009. Rusty Kucher graduated from Lane Tech College Preparatory High School with honors in 2006. In addition to their educational background, they are also a Licensed Professional Engineer, certified by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
