Rafia Parvez- Harling

Rafia Parvez-Harling is a seasoned program manager at Duke Corporate Education since January 2023, bringing extensive expertise in project and program management from various prominent organizations. Previous roles include Project Lead for Balochistan SDGs Delivery and Innovation and Knowledge Management Consultant at UNDP and Program Development and Delivery Specialist at Code for Pakistan. Rafia served as a Capacity Development Strategy Consultant at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and gained experience as an intern at the UK House of Lords. With a background as a Chevening Scholar at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and a Technical Fellow at the Government of Pakistan, Rafia has also served as a Project Management Associate for the USAID Firms Project at Chemonics International and held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at Sayyid Paper Mills Ltd. Rafia holds a Master’s Degree in Social Policy and Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an MBA in Finance from the Lahore School of Economics.
