Gerald Wilson

Gerald Wilson, PE, PMP, currently serves as Vice President for Central Zone Operations and Grid & Asset Technology at Duke Energy Corporation, having held several leadership roles since joining the company in 2012. With a comprehensive background in project management and engineering, Wilson advanced through various titles such as Senior Project Director and General Manager of Grid Strategy & Asset Management Governance. Previous experience includes significant roles at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the US Navy, and a retiree position as a Nuclear Officer on submarines. Wilson holds an Executive MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, and a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.
