Jake Stewart

Jake Stewart is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and HR project management. Currently serving as Managing Director of Executive Rewards, Compensation, & HR Projects at Duke Energy Corporation since August 2013, Jake has held various roles within the company, including Director of Health & Wellness and Director of Compensation. Prior to joining Duke Energy, Jake worked at Catapult, where positions included Manager of Compensation and Research, and Manager of Benefits Administration. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources Generalist at The Home Depot. Jake holds a Master of Human Resources/Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Science degree, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
