Rhonda Woody

Rhonda Woody, MSA, is a seasoned instructional designer and training specialist with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Training Specialist and Senior Instructional Designer at Duke Energy Corporation since November 2021, Rhonda has previously held positions at Charter Communications as an Instructional Designer and at Wells Fargo as an Instructional Design Associate Consultant. Additional experience includes roles as an eLearning Developer at the Electric Power Research Institute and as an Instructional Designer for TIAA on a contract basis. Rhonda holds a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Systems Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, an MSA in Human Resources Administration, and a BS in Organization Administration, both from Central Michigan University.
