Thien Vu

Thien Vu has a diverse work experience spanning over 11 years. They started as an Accounting Intern at Performance Fibers in 2010. Thien then progressed to become a Staff Accountant at Colfax Corporation from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Time Warner Cable as a Staff Accountant II / Staff Accountant and stayed with the company until 2017. Subsequently, Thien worked as a Senior Contract Accountant at Compass Group from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Thien is at Duke Energy Corporation, where they have held multiple roles, including Senior Accounting Analyst & Accounting Analyst II from 2018 to 2022, Senior Business Analyst from 2022 to 2023, and presently as a Lead Accounting Analyst from September 2023.

Thien Vu completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Management Information Systems from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business between the years 2006 and 2010. They further pursued higher education and obtained a Masters degree in Accountancy from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business during the period 2010 and 2011.
