Doug Tilman

Doug Tilman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and fundraising. As a Senior Compliance Specialist at Duke Manufacturing Co. since March 1987, Doug has been responsible for the listing of food service equipment for safety, sanitation, and EMC standards with various organizations, including Underwriters Laboratories and the Canadian Standards Association. From November 2005 to January 2019, Doug served as Treasurer and Former Chairman for State Fair Friends of NRA, focusing on fundraising for youth shooting sports grants. Previously, Doug was a Certified Sales Representative at American Family Insurance, where services included life, home, auto, business, and farm insurance from May 1995 to May 2012. Doug holds an Associate of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies from State Fair Community College and studied at the University of Central Missouri in 2017.
