Abhishek Sonar

Abhishek Sonar is a seasoned architect with a robust background in various architectural roles spanning over several years. Currently serving as a Senior Architect at Dulal Mukherjee and Associates since July 2022, Abhishek previously held the position of Project Architect at Layers Design Studio from January 2020 to March 2022, and served as a Project Associate at UNESCO DHR CCMP from January 2017 to December 2019. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure as an Assistant Architect at Aishwarya Tipnis Architects in mid-2018 and as a Junior Architect at Ant Studio in 2015. Abhishek's work has notably included conservation projects for the Darjeeling Himalayan Railways and historically significant sites across Darjeeling, Kolkata, and Bikaner. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture from Aayojan School of Architecture and Design in Jaipur and another Bachelor of Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi.
