Monserrat Garcia has over 15 years of experience in human resources, specializing in recruitment and training. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Dulces Cool Toons by Sweets´n Lolly Pops since November 2022, Monserrat previously held significant roles including Head of Training and Development at Grupo Chocolate Ibarra from October 2015 to November 2022, and Human Resources Administrator at Ryder Integrated Logistics from July 2011 to October 2015.
