Ben Pattison

Ben Pattison has a diverse range of work experience in the field of data analytics and leadership. Ben has recently worked as the Head of Group Data & Analytics at DuluxGroup since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Data & Analytics at Transurban from 2019 to 2023, where they led a team in utilizing predictive analytics and machine learning to drive data-driven decision-making. Ben also held the position of Head of Customer Data Science at Medibank from 2017 to 2019, focusing on customer data analysis. Before that, Ben held multiple roles at NAB, including Head of Predictive Analytics, Marketing, Head of Credit Risk - Secured & Small Business, and Head of Business Credit Analytics & Strategy. Ben also has experience working as the Head of Business & Behaviour Scoring at NAG Europe and as a Portfolio Risk Analyst at GE Capital.

Ben Pattison attended the University of Leeds from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours degree in Psychology & Statistics. Prior to their university studies, they attended St Peter's School in York, England from 1984 to 1989. Ben also holds a certification as Six Sigma qualified, which was obtained from GE Capital.
