Caleb Witton

Caleb Witton is an experienced Operational Technology Manager at DuluxGroup, having held various roles since March 2009, including Senior Control System Engineer, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of a full PCS7 control system at the flagship Melbourne site. Prior to this, Caleb worked as an Instrumentation Engineer at Thames Water, providing instrumentation and PLC support, and as a Maintenance Electrician at Amcor, focusing on electrical maintenance and process control optimization. Early career experience included work as an electrician for JCH Electrical on hazardous areas electrical installations, and as an Apprentice Electrician with Barclay Mowlem, contributing to the construction of the Blackwater Wash Plant. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electrical Control Systems and Instrumentation from the University of Southern Queensland, and a Certificate IV in Hazardous Areas – Electrical from TAFE Queensland.
