Jim Baluyut

Jim Baluyut is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technology management and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of IT for Americas at Dümmen Orange since June 2021, Jim previously held roles including Senior Consultant at Vertisystem, where Jim led a project for the State of Ohio, and Director of Service Support & Connected Workforce at Insight, managing over 150 employees and providing support for over 1000 customers. Other notable positions include Senior Manager Consultant at Capgemini Sogeti Danmark A/S, Director of IT Service Management at NetJets, Manager of ITSM and IT Engineering at Ascena Retail Group, Manager of PMO at Scotts Miracle-Gro, Project Manager at Nationwide Insurance, and Project Lead and Senior Developer at American Signature Inc. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Binghamton University and an MBA in Business Administration from Franklin University.
