Craig Novak is a seasoned sales and management professional with extensive experience in the corporate sector. Currently serving as the Senior Area Vice President at Dun & Bradstreet since November 2013, Craig leads multiple teams focusing on inside sales and customer success, managing a substantial customer base. Prior roles at Dun & Bradstreet include Area Vice President and Relationship Manager, where Craig significantly contributed to sales growth and customer engagement through innovative training methods and strategic account management. Prior to Dun & Bradstreet, Craig owned and managed businesses, including Somerset Tire Service and Headquarters Moto Facility, and held positions at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Sales Manager. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from King's College and multiple certifications in sales and management from Acclivus.
