Chris Redmond has a long and varied work experience. Chris started their career in 1987 at Ford Motor Credit Company, where they held various roles including Collections & Credit Analyst, Loss Prevention & Bankruptcy Specialist, Operations Analyst, and Manager, Global Insurance Operations. Chris also worked as a Project Manager (Product Development) and Center Operations Manager. Chris then served as a District Manager and later as an Executive Operations Manager. Chris joined ACS Transportation Solutions in 2006 as a Director of Operations, before moving to Duncan Solutions in 2009, where they initially worked as a Vice President Operations and later as SVP Collection Services. In their role at Duncan Solutions, they managed all eastern U.S. operations for municipal services.
Chris Redmond completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from Bethune-Cookman University between 1982 and 1987. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from the Florida International University - College of Business, where they studied from 1988 to 1990.
