Rebecca Ingram

Rebecca Ingram is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and clinical operations within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as VP People at Dune since January 2022, Rebecca previously held key roles at Babylon, including Head of People, where leadership resulted in the successful hiring of over 500 employees during critical growth phases. Rebecca's contributions also encompass the launch and management of a 24/7 digital clinical operation, achieving a 5-star service satisfaction rating, and the recruitment of 200+ doctors for a patient-centered clinical service. Prior experience includes leading the Programme Management Office at Circle Partnership, facilitating transformational change at Hinchingbrooke NHS hospital. Rebecca holds a first-class degree in Business Studies from Bournemouth University.
