Rebecca Duke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality, compliance, and customer experience management. Currently, Rebecca serves as the Senior Quality, Compliance, R&P Manager and previously held the position of Customer Experience Manager at Dunelm since April 2021. Prior to Dunelm, Rebecca worked at Macmillan Cancer Support as the Cancer Support Operations Team Manager from October 2018 to April 2021 and also spent time at Capita as a Team Leader for the John Lewis Account from July 2014 to October 2018.
