Filipe Santos

Filipe Santos has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Filipe has held various finance and controlling roles at different companies. Filipe's most recent position is as the Director of Finance and Control at Dunlop Protective Footwear. In this role, they provide strategic financial leadership and collaborates with commercial and operational teams to optimize growth. Prior to this, Filipe worked at Solvay in different roles, including Global Business Controller, Site Controller, and Regional Process Manager. Filipe was responsible for analyzing business performance, providing economic information for decision-making, and implementing cost reduction strategies. Before joining Solvay, Filipe gained experience in commercial controlling at Nissan do Brasil and in the controlling area as an intern at Livrarias Curitiba.

Filipe Santos completed their high school education at Cristo Rei. Filipe then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Faculdade Modelo, attending from 2010 to 2014. In 2022, Filipe Santos pursued a postgraduate degree in Accounting, Audit, and Controlling at Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER, which lasted until 2023.

Additionally, Filipe Santos obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2010, they acquired the SAP MM Module certification from Solvay. Later in 2011, they obtained certifications for SAP AA, SAP CO, and SAP FI Modules, all from Solvay as well. In 2016, Filipe Santos received the Yellow Belt certification from Lean Six Sigma. Finally, in 2019, they completed The Solvay Finance Academy for Controllers program offered by emlyon business school.
