Kristen Warden

Kristen Warden serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Duo Health, focusing on enhancing the healthcare experience for patients with Chronic Kidney Disease since June 2024. Prior to this role, Warden held the position of Chief Operating Officer at ConcertoCare from 2021 to 2024 and at North American Dental Group from 2018 to 2021. Kristen's earlier experience includes serving as SVP of Outreach and Managed Care Growth and Regional Vice President at Oak Street Health from 2015 to 2019, and as Regional Director of Operations and Director of Strategy and Business Development at Enlivant between June 2013 and May 2015. Warden began their career at DaVita Kidney Care, where responsibilities ranged from Manager of Process Engineering to Process Engineer from 2008 to 2011. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Health Enterprise Management and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Georgia Institute of Technology.
