Constantin Viersac has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Constantin started their career as a Representative Salesperson at ISOKA-ISOROK in 2010, where they gained their first experience in sales. Constantin then worked as an Attaché Commercial at Logista, honing their skills in B2B sales, but later realized their preference for working with individual customers. Constantin joined ISOKA-ISOROK again as a Representative Commercial in 2013 before venturing into entrepreneurship.

In 2014, they co-founded Renov & Moi, where they utilized their knowledge of insulation and previous sales experience to secure contracts. However, due to a lack of organization and vision, the company closed, leading Constantin to partner with suppliers of organic body products and launch Sublim & Moi in the Hauts de France region. Again, this venture did not succeed, but it provided valuable lessons.

Constantin then transitioned to the retail sector, joining Foot Locker as a Salesperson in 2015. Constantin excelled in this role, successfully applying their sales skills in a healthier and more aligned environment. From there, they grew within the company, becoming a Shift Leader and eventually an Assistant Team Manager. Their responsibilities included team leadership, creating cohesion, developing employees' potential, and managing a retail store with over 1 million euros in annual sales.

In 2019, Constantin explored new opportunities. Constantin worked as an Independent Network Marketer at DuoLife S.A., where they discovered a passion for network marketing and the freedom of being an entrepreneur. Constantin also started their own independent activities in e-commerce and marketing while coaching individuals and professionals in their personal and professional development for Improving Human.

Throughout their career, Constantin has honed their leadership, sales, and entrepreneurial skills, always striving to work in a positive, respectful, and compassionate manner.

From 2008 to 2010, Constantin Viersac attended Institution Saint Pierre. During their time at the institution, they pursued a degree in BTS management des unités commerciales with a focus on Gestion du commerce de détail.
