Alina Abidi

Alina Abidi has had a range of work experiences. Alina started their career as a Software Engineering Intern at Facebook in 2018, followed by a role as a Course Producer at USC Viterbi School of Engineering from 2018 to 2020. During this time, they also worked as an Online Projects Editor at Daily Trojan from 2017 to 2020. In 2019, they interned as a Software Engineering Intern at Oculus VR. Currently, Alina is working as a Software Engineer at Duolingo since August 2020.

Alina Abidi pursued their education at the University of Southern California from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Additionally, they completed a minor in Journalism during their time at the university. Prior to their college education, they attended Monta Vista High School from 2012 to 2016, where they achieved a GPA of 3.97.
