Giulia Checchi has diverse work experience in translation, localization, and content writing roles. Giulia has worked as a Content Writer and Course Specialist for Duolingo, where they focused on maintaining and improving learner reports and addressing bugs and audio issues. Prior to that, they worked as an Italian Translator and later became the Italian Language Lead at Vista. Giulia also founded Dragonfly Translations, where they provided translation, subtitling, and localization services for various sectors and language pairs. Giulia has also worked as a Translator, QC Specialist, and Linguistic Specialist at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, and as a Translator/Proofreader and Language QA Tester at SEGA Europe Ltd.
