Jay Rosok

Jay Rosok has a diverse background in data science and analysis. Jay is currently working as a Lead Data Scientist at Duolingo since August 2022. Previously, they held the same position at Welcome from December 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Spotify as a Senior Data Scientist from March 2021 to December 2021 and as a Data Scientist, Premium Analytics from May 2018 to March 2021. Jay also gained experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting and Optimization at The New York Times from October 2016 to May 2018, and as a Data Analyst, Ecosystem at Atlassian from January 2015 to June 2016. Jay's earlier roles include being a Phonenite Caller at Claremont McKenna College from September 2013 to August 2015, a Business Development Intern at Hotel Momcierge from September 2014 to December 2014, and a Marketing Intern at Esper, Inc. from June 2014 to August 2014. Jay also volunteered as a Volunteer and Classroom Assistant at America SCORES Seattle from September 2009 to August 2013 and worked as a Summer Program Assistant at The Evergreen School from June 2008 to August 2013.

Jay Rosok earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College from 2013 to 2016. Jay then pursued further education and completed a Masters in Data Science at UC Berkeley School of Information from 2018 to 2019.
