Lisa Bowers

Lisa Bowers joined Dupaco in 2015 with more than 12 years of human resources and organizational development experience. Her expertise includes talent management, organizational development, training, and leadership and management coaching.

Bowers has held several board positions in organizations such as Women’s Leadership Network, Dubuque Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals, YP Days of Caring. She is a Junior Achievement volunteer, assists as a St. Mark’s volunteer and is active in Grand View United Methodist Church.

Bowers was awarded Young Professional of the Year and is a recipient of the Telegraph Herald Rising Star Award. In 2012 and 2014, she received the Meghan Hackett Leadership Award and Women of Achievement – Service & Support of Community award, respectively.

Bowers holds a BA in Education from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa.
