Ana Milena then pursued a Diploma in Human Resources Management at Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2002. In the same year, Ana enrolled at the Universidad Internacional del Ecuador and completed a degree in Commercial Engineering, focusing on Business Administration from 2002 to 2003. Their educational journey continued as they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Universidad CEU San Pablo from 2012 to 2013.
