Marco Hönig has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Marco currently serves as the Global Capability Development Director at dss+, a leading provider of operations management consulting services. Before joining EY, Marco worked at Egon Zehnder as the Director of Research and at McKinsey & Company in various roles. At McKinsey, they served as the Global Manager of Learning, Training & Professional Development, where they created and developed global professional development and learning solutions. Marco also worked as a Global Knowledge Network Learning Expert, managing and advising on globally hosted training programs.
Marco began their career at Hochschule München as a Librarian, system administrator, and information specialist.
Marco Hönig obtained a Diplom in Library and Information Science from Bayerische Biblotheksschule (FH) München / University of Applied Sciences. The education took place from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an MBTI Practitioner from OPP in January 2008.
