Michael Chiang

Michael Chiang's work experience includes roles as a Data Analyst at dss+ since 2021. Before that, they were a Summer Analytics Intern at Trillium Network for Advanced Manufacturing in 2020, where they conducted research on the diversity of the advanced manufacturing industry in Ontario and utilized data visualization tools to generate insights. Prior to that, they worked at Boeing, first as a Business Intelligence Analyst from January 2019 to July 2019, where they created data visualization tools and dashboards for various departments within the company. Michael also served as a Customer Training Operations Intern from July 2018 to December 2018, leading a process redesign initiative and utilizing project tracking tools.

Michael Chiang's education history is as follows:

From 2020 to 2021, Michael attended the Ivey Business School at Western University, where they obtained a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Business Analytics.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, Michael attended the National University of Singapore, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors (Distinction). Michael'sfield of study was Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Operations and Supply Chain Management.

In 2017, Michael had the opportunity to participate in two educational programs abroad. Michael attended Korea University for a summer school program in Business Administration. Michael also spent a semester as an exchange student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, studying Business Administration and Management, General.

Before their university studies, Michael completed their high school education at NUS High School of Mathematics & Science, from 2007 to 2012. Michael earned a High School Diploma with Distinction, majoring in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics.

Additionally, in 2013, Michael obtained certification as an Automotive Basic Technician from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency.
