Salaheddine El Ballouli has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Salaheddine started their career in 2016 as a Chemical Engineer at Hikma Pharmaceuticals. In 2018, they joined dss+ and held roles such as Business Analyst, Consultant, Project Manager, and Manager. During their time at dss+, they specialized in areas such as project management, continuous improvement, digital operations risk management, and product ownership. Salaheddine is currently leading the MIRA™ Software Innovation & Growth, making significant contributions to the company's success.

Salaheddine El Ballouli completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Chemical Engineering at the American University of Beirut from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate in SQL, Tableau, and Machine Learning from Coursera in January 2022. Salaheddine also holds a PRINCE2® Foundation Certification in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they obtained in May 2021. Salaheddine obtained their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification in Continuous Improvement and Hypothesis A/B Testing from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification in May 2020. In February 2019, they completed the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate in Data Analytics, SQL, Python, and Machine Learning from Coursera.
