Silvia Rodríguez

Silvia Rodríguez has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Silvia is currently working as a Senior Manager for the Andean Region at dss+, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Manager for Colombia and Peru at Overlap from August 2022 to May 2023.

Before joining Overlap, Silvia was the Head of Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation at the Instituto de Investigación de Recursos Biológicos Alexander von Humboldt from May 2021 to August 2022. Silvia also worked as a Client Strategy Manager at PwC Colombia from September 2020 to May 2021.

In 2009, Silvia enrolled in Universidad de León and completed a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2012. Recently, in 2019, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for a short-term course on Digital Marketing Strategies. Additionally, Silvia holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, although specific dates of obtaining this certification are not available.
