Stephen R.

Stephen R. has a strong background in various roles within the chemical industry. Stephen started their career in 2006 at DuPont, where they worked as a Lead Project Engineer until 2008. Following that, they served as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Site Reliability Leader until 2010, and then became a Site Safety, Health & Environmental Manager until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as the Business Safety, Health & Environment Leader at DuPont. In 2015, Stephen R. joined The Chemours Company as an Operations Manager and stayed in that role until 2020. Finally, in 2020, they transitioned to become a Delivery Manager at dss+.

Stephen R. completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, studying from 1991 to 1995.
