Zhan Liu

Zhan (Jennifer) Liu is a highly experienced professional in the field of materials science and engineering, with a strong focus on chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) technologies and applications. Currently serving as a Principal Investigator at DuPont since August 2019, Zhan has previously held roles at The Dow Chemical Company, including Associate Research Scientist and Senior Research Engineer, where valuable contributions were made to CMP technology research. Zhan's academic background includes a PhD in Polymer Science and Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, complemented by a Master's degree in Material Science and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Tsinghua University. Additionally, Zhan has extensive research experience in nanofabrication, nanolithography, and polymer science, with notable projects focusing on innovative lithography techniques and functional polymers.
