Michelle Buczkowski

Michelle Buczkowski has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Michelle is currently serving as the Managing Director of Human Resources at Duquesne Light Company. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Talent Management at 84 Lumber in 2021. From 2019 to 2021, Michelle worked at PNC as the Vice President of Strategy and Planning for Retail National Expansion. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of Talent Management at PNC from 2016 to 2020. Michelle also has experience as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Allegheny Health Network in 2015 and as the Manager of Talent Strategies at Consol Energy from 2009 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Manager of Business Development at Sterling Office Professionals, LLC. from 2007 to 2009.

Michelle Buczkowski earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies/Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh, completing their education there from 2003 to 2006. Michelle later obtained certification as an ICF (International Coach Federation) Certified Coach from the Academy of Creative Coaching. In 2016, they enrolled in the Newfield Network to pursue a degree in Ontological Coaching, which remains ongoing.
