Vamsi Ganta

Vamsi Ganta has extensive experience in operational excellence and project management, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Lean and Operational Excellence at Dura-Line since June 2016. In this role, Vamsi supports the execution and monitoring of CAPEX and transformation projects, defining key project parameters and ensuring stakeholder involvement. Prior positions include Assistant Manager Lean & OPEX, where Vamsi emphasized continuous improvement, and Sr. Engineer Operations, focusing on plant efficiency and LEAN culture integration. Vamsi participated in Orbia's leadership development program and led initiatives aimed at reducing waste through innovative projects.
