Lori Ahlberg

Lori Ahlberg's work experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Dura Supreme Cabinetry since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources, Health & Safety at Cannon Equipment from 2019 to 2022.

Lori also held various roles at Nortech Systems, Inc., including Executive Director of Human Resources from 2017 to 2019, Director of Human Resources from 2015 to 2017, and Human Resources Manager from 2011 to 2015.

Before joining Nortech Systems, Inc., they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Internet Broadcasting from 2006 to 2011. At Gelco Information Network, they served as a Human Resources Manager from 1996 to 2006.

Lori Ahlberg obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Luther College from 1986 to 1990. Lori also pursued continuing education at the University of Minnesota, focusing on CEBS 8: Human Resources and Compensation Management. Additionally, they received further continuing education at the University of Minnesota in the field of CEBS 4: Retirement Plans - Defined Benefit Approaches and Plan Administration. In July 2020, they obtained a certification in "Leading without Formal Authority" from LinkedIn.
