Christina Penna Turner has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Christina started their career as the Director of Corporate Relations at the American Cancer Society from 1996 to 2001. Christina then worked at Timberland as an intern in 2002. Christina joined Gillette Group UK Ltd. in 2004 as the Business Manager for Braun UK. From 2006 to 2007, they served as the Brand Manager for Gillette Female Grooming at Procter & Gamble. Christina then moved on to become the Brand Manager for P&G's UK Laundry brands from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they became the Marketing and Commercial Manager for Pantene and Aussie in the UK & Ireland. Christina joined P&G's Shopper Marketing function in 2012 as the Team Leader, leading multi-brand campaigns and the P&G title sponsorship of the London Olympics 2012. Christina later became the Senior Brand Manager for Always & Tampax Northern Europe, achieving significant sales growth in menstrual and daily categories across six countries. Christina joined Duracell UK & Ireland in 2016 as the Category Director, responsible for growing revenue and profit with the global brand strategy. Christina then moved on to become the Duracell North America Marketing Director, leading the Go To Market pillar for Duracell's marketing plans across all its North American customers. Currently, they hold the position of Marketing Director Commercial & Product Innovation at The Duracell Company.

Christina Penna Turner completed their MBA in Brand Management from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained their BA in Sociology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their degrees, Christina also holds a certification as a Section4 Certified Brand Strategist, which was obtained in 2021.
