Karen Davidson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Karen started their career in 1999 as a Research Librarian at Wolters Kluwer, where they provided SharePoint training and support. Karen then moved to Invenergy LLC in 2010, where they served as an Information Manager, specializing in SharePoint administration and the development of content management systems. In 2012, Karen joined Hillshire Brands as a Solution Manager, overseeing SharePoint administration and leading various process improvement projects. Karen then worked at United Airlines as an IT Architect in 2014, followed by a role as a Manager at McDonald's Corporation, where they managed web and SharePoint platforms. Currently, Karen is the Director of Global Modern Work Technologies & Americas Sector IT Partner at The Duracell Company, responsible for implementing and managing collaboration systems.

Karen Davidson earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & Social Work from Loyola University Chicago between 1995 and 1999. Karen also obtained a certification from the Duracell: Senior Leadership Academy at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in 2022.
