Suzanne Wilson

Suzanne Wilson has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Suzanne currently holds the role of Human Resources Director at Duramax Marine LLC, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Senders Pediatrics from October 2020 to May 2022. From July 2018 to May 2020, Suzanne served as an HRBP specializing in Talent Management and Compensation at Kinetico Incorporated. Before that, they worked at Barrick Gold Corporation, starting in June 2012 and holding various HR positions including Human Resources Superintendent, Learning & Development Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Human Resources Manager for field offices and closure properties. Suzanne began their HR career at H.C. Starck in 1999. Throughout their time there, they worked as an Administrative Assistant before transitioning to the Human Resources department in 2000.

Suzanne Wilson completed their associate's degree in Arts at Lakeland Community College in 2004. From 2006 to 2008, they attended Ursuline College and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources. In terms of additional certifications, Suzanne obtained the DiSC Certification for Everything DiSC Workplace, Management & Work of Leaders from Live to Learn in September 2012. Suzanne also obtained the Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification - Classroom from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in November 2019. Additionally, Suzanne has a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from H.C. Starck, although the specific dates of when they obtained this certification are not provided.
